The ILRU (Independent Living Research Utilization) program is a national center for information, training, research, and technical assistance in independent living. Since 2001 it has offered training and information resources to advance implementation of the Olmstead decision within each state. A very comprehensive listing of Olmstead links includes resources on family supports, housing, long–term care, personal assistance services, and home and community–based services.
